A fluent answer is not a completed outcome
Agent demonstrations often stop when a plausible response appears. Operating work continues through access checks, source resolution, implementation, review, deployment and live verification. Treating generated text as completion hides the expensive part of the system.
Ownership becomes ambiguous
If several people and agents can act on the same work without a reservation model, duplicate effort and conflicting changes are inevitable. Reliable orchestration makes ownership visible, protects human decisions and releases work only when dependencies and capacity allow.
Green systems can still be wrong
A successful job or deployment proves that machinery ran. It does not prove the customer-facing result is correct. Outcome verification must compare the intended change with live behaviour and preserve an evidence trail a person can inspect.
