Applied R&D

Researching how AI becomes dependable operating capability.

Our programme focuses on the systems around models: how organisational context is maintained, work is coordinated, authority is bounded and outcomes are verified in real operating environments.

01 / Context engineering

From information to governed working context

We are developing methods for resolving current rules, ownership, decisions and system state without flooding an agent with stale or irrelevant material.

02 / Orchestration

Coordinating people, tools and specialist agents

The work examines reservation, routing, hand-offs and failure recovery when several actors contribute to one operational outcome.

03 / Verification

Knowing when work is actually complete

We distinguish successful activity from a verified result by linking intent, released versions, live behaviour and independent evidence.

04 / Governance

Useful autonomy with enforceable boundaries

We design human decision rights, purpose-bound access, escalation and traceability into the workflow rather than adding approval theatre at the end.

Current roadmap

A disciplined progression

Roadmap items describe areas of active development and investigation. They are not claims of finished capability or published research results.

  1. Now

    Managed operating deployments

Refine the system through bounded use inside operating businesses.

  2. Next

    Reusable governance and integration patterns

Separate organisation-specific context from platform-level controls.

  3. Explore

    Standalone product pathways

Assess where repeatable software can emerge without flattening the complexity that makes the managed system useful.

R&D finance

Funding follows a defined research programme.

Grant funding may support eligible research as non-dilutive R&D finance. It is not presented as customer revenue, commercial validation or a substitute for proving the managed offer in the market.

Any application, eligibility position or funded claim would be assessed and evidenced separately.

Research collaboration

We welcome serious partners.

We are interested in applied research, responsible AI, organisational design, compliance, privacy and infrastructure partnerships that can be tested against real operational needs.
