Human oversight
Named people retain decisions involving strategy, subjective acceptance, sensitive data, employment, material spend and other consequential judgement. Escalation is a designed workflow, not an exception.
Responsible AI
Our approach treats governance as part of the operating architecture. The system must know what it may do, when a person must decide and what evidence is required before an outcome is considered complete.
Named people retain decisions involving strategy, subjective acceptance, sensitive data, employment, material spend and other consequential judgement. Escalation is a designed workflow, not an exception.
Tools, data and actions are limited to the task and operating role. The system checks current authority rather than inferring permission from technical access alone.
Context is purpose-bound. We favour selective retrieval, data minimisation, controlled retention and separation between source data and the evidence needed to review work.
Credentials, environments and roles are separated. Material changes require current-state checks and controlled release paths designed to preserve existing systems.
Instructions, actions, versions and outcome evidence are linked so a person can understand what happened and why, without relying on the system’s own summary.
Organisational context and controls should not be trapped inside one model or interface. Providers can change without silently changing the organisation’s rules.
Control model
Bounded, reversible work within explicit rules can proceed autonomously and retain evidence.
Material changes require a named approval or a verified precondition before execution.
Ambiguous authority, conflicting sources, sensitive judgement or unsafe state returns to a person with a focused question.
A living framework
Motivation Group does not claim certifications, independent assurance or regulatory approval that it has not obtained. Controls and disclosures will evolve with the platform, its deployments and applicable obligations.
Prospective customers and research partners can request a focused discussion of data flows, operating boundaries and planned assurance for a defined use case.
